Charles Atlas:
Charles Atlas was born Angelo Siciliano in Acri, Italy on October 30, 1892 and died
on December 23, 1972 in Long Beach, New York. He developed and marketed an isometric
bodybuilding
method known as dynamic tension which became world famous from it's print magazine advertisements.
