The only info we could find about this video is that these fellows may be Russian and that they may have been influenced by Steven Seagal movies. This new style looks almost like slap fighting but apparently these guys are serious. Some of the “techniques” actually look effective although their paper punching proficiency may fail to impress. It would be interesting to see one of them go up against a boxer or martial artist. If this style is effective will we see it in the octagon? Maybe Joe Rogan will invite these gentlemen on his podcast to demystify their innovative fighting method.
