With 6 consecutive Mr Olympia titles behind him and a lifetime of experience, Dorian Yates’s professional knowledge was used to carefully shape the design, programs and services offered at DY Gym.
We have over 90 workout machines all personally selected by Dorian Yates. The machines are of the very best quality and imported directly from America. As well as areas for functional training, cycling, running and martial arts.
Massage rooms and sports recovery/aromatherapy sessions are also available.
The DY Restaurant is located in the Gym to provide macro nutrient meals to those who are too tired to cook, we will also be providing full nutritional programs at the Gym or delivered to your door!

On joining you will receive a free induction that will include a body fat percentage test and advice on nutrition and exercises best suited for your goals. We will also offer personal training sessions with Dorian and Gal for those looking to gain expert advice.
