Ray Mentzer’s wrist: 7 and one half inches. Mike Mentzer’s forearm: 15 and one quarter inches. Ray Mentzer’s forearm: 15 and nine sixteenths inches. Upper arms. Mike Mentzer told writer John Little that his upper arms have never measured over 18 and one half inches cold. Ray Mentzer’s upper arm, cold, measured in February 1983: 20 and one eighth inches.
