To see what Heida, the blond woman featured in Pumping Iron, the book, looks like today, start watching at 7:54. German in Venice Interviews Heida from Germany briefly as Muscle Beach, Venice prepares for its reopening. Heida is 82 years old and says she trains at Gold’s everyday but will start working out at the reopened Muscle Beach. Her Pumping Iron photos were taken in 1972 which would have made her roughly 32 at the time.

It sounds like German in Venice is calling her Heida. If that’s not how her name is spelled, please correct us in the comments below.
